The room was very comfortable and clean, the water was hot, and I overslept in comfort. I gave four stars because check-in took an extra 15 minutes. There was a line when I arrived, and two employees were working together, which was great. But when it was my turn, the female employee made eye contact, said she had other work to do, then left Dre alone while I waited for him to finish with his customer. I wonder who Mona is and how she outranks customers. Also, the doors aren't sealed, and I could hear little kids running through the halls until around midnight. Thank you, Dre, for earning this four-star rating. Your coworker could learn something from you.

Sarah at the desk was so kind throughout our stay. When she saw us in the pool, she quickly brought towels and even some beach balls for the kids. The pool was just the right temperature, and the breakfast waffles were great. We stayed Thanksgiving week and got a very reasonable price for a suite that fit us and our four kids comfortably. Everything was clean and as it should be. The rollaway bed was already there when we checked in, and the staff helped us figure out how to turn on the TV. We'll definitely stay again when we travel downstate.

The room was clean and modern, and the location is handy for food, stores, and other things. Check-in takes a minute, but the front desk people have great personalities. We didn't use the pool or hot tub, though they looked clean and inviting as we walked past. Coffee in the lobby all day and breakfast in the morning were nice touches. We went to a nearby restaurant within walking distance for a full-service breakfast instead. I'll definitely stay here again.

The bed was lumpy, the pillow was so uncomfortable that we bought our own after the first night, and the blankets kept sliding off all night. That's what the cheapest price we found got us in terms of comfort. The room itself was clean, and the front desk clerks were friendly, helpful, and kind at both check-in and check-out. The parking lot could use some redesign. You'll see what I mean if you get stuck in the south lot. There are all kinds of stores nearby, within five minutes.

The staff offered me another room, but after finding an active bed bug infestation, I no longer felt safe staying there and refused it. I checked out immediately. Now I have to treat all my belongings so I don't bring bed bugs home. I woke up itching in the middle of the night and found bed bugs and blood stains on the sheets. It was extremely disturbing. I reported it to the front desk and attached photos of the bugs and stains as proof. This was completely unacceptable. I strongly recommend avoiding this hotel until they properly resolve the issue.
