Economy Inn West Chester

Stay away. There were bugs, mold, mildew, and hair in the ice tray. The bathroom had June bugs trapped in the lights, lots of mold and mildew around the shower, and the sink was badly built. The countertop wasn't even glued down, and there was mold on the door where they list the fire escape and room price. When they cleared snow, they woke families with young kids by using a leaf blower to push it away from the doors and toward the cars. Staff wouldn't address complaints, saying they were understaffed, and I felt they didn't care. The woman who said she was the owner was shockingly rude. I took my complaints to the Better Business Bureau and will do so again. I wish I could post pictures to show how gross the rooms were. I've stayed elsewhere in the area and have never been so disappointed with both the room and customer service. At $56.25, this cheap place still isn't worth the hassle. I hope families choose somewhere else.
