Holiday Inn Express & Suites-Cincinnati North - Liberty Way by IHG

The room and bathroom were so, so clean, which is the main reason I'd consider staying here again. Still, lots of little things felt off, and I wonder if the place is unfinished after a remodel. There was even an iron holder with no iron. We booked because we wanted to swim, but the pool was out of service when we arrived. A notice by email or on the website would've been appropriate. We took the kids to the metro park across the street to make up for it, and that was a fun park. The room felt warm, but turning down the thermostat did nothing and there was no air movement. The bathroom fan also didn't work, and the soap dispenser was empty. The window had only a sheer curtain, no blackout curtain. There weren't extra blankets, sheets, or a pillow for the couch pull-out. When we asked, we got a comforter and flat sheet, but no pillow or fitted sheet. I'd have liked some air movement, though I was glad the weather was mild. Maybe call ahead to check that the pool is open if you're coming to swim.

We stayed about 20 minutes from the volleyball tournament where I took my daughter, and this hotel was a great choice. It was immaculately clean, the breakfast was free and started at 7:00, and the pool was phenomenal. If I go back to Cincinnati, this will be my first pick.

This was our first Holiday Inn stay in many years after being loyal Hilton guests, and we were really impressed. Staff were super friendly and helpful, the room was comfortable and clean, and breakfast was very good. The Keurig and Dove bath products were nice touches. We may be IHG people now.

We had a nice stay here during a road trip to Kings Island. The pool was pretty nice, and the hotel and rooms were clean and pleasant. Breakfast was good, and the service was friendly.
