Quality Inn West Chester

We paid $87 before taxes, which was a great price, and the hotel is right off the interstate. The desk clerk was friendly and very helpful. Our room was clean and had a fridge, microwave, TV, coffeemaker, desk, and two chairs. The pool was nice, and breakfast had plenty to choose from, including eggs, sausage patties, waffles, biscuits and gravy, oatmeal, bagels, juices, and coffee. The downsides were the poor Wi-Fi in the evening, followed by a brief outage in the morning, and noise from people walking around above us. The heater was the worst part: setting it to 67 made no difference, so we had to turn on the air conditioning in January to cool the room. Still, I’d stay here again.

The staff were welcoming, and the location just off I-75 is handy, with a Shell gas station next door. The room was clean and comfortable, and breakfast was good. I couldn’t get on the hotel Wi-Fi because it required signing up. Surname and room number should be enough.

After a long night working 3rd shift, Christian helped me get settled and comfortable when I checked in. She was really kind, professional, and went above and beyond. The place is clean and quiet, and the staff are helpful. I’d recommend staying here.

We came back for Christmas after our first stay in September, when my mother was very ill. Everyone and everything had been so comforting the first time that we wanted to return. I’d requested the same room, and luckily it was available. Walking in at Christmas felt like coming home. The room is comfortable and has a comforting feel. The staff are in a league of their own, so friendly and helpful. They made us feel like family and gave us a real home away from home. When we come to town, we won’t stay anywhere else.
