Teri & Natalie deserve a big thank you. The management team at the Hilton Garden Inn was responsive and communicative from planning through the company holiday party itself. They helped coordinate food and drink packages, prepare the banquet room, arrange an overnight room block for staff, and provide a huge spread of food. The recently renovated location was warm and clean, and the team was pleasant throughout. They even honored a misunderstanding on our part about the room bookings, which we’d purchased through the app before choosing the event venue. We had a wonderful experience and highly recommend Hilton Garden Inn for an event.

The TV took ages to get going, and using my streaming stick took even longer. The “smart” TV wasn’t easy to operate, so they should get sets guests can figure out. Breakfast had no variety, while even budget hotels rotate through a few menus. Although breakfast was free for my group, the server put a bill on the table in a way that seemed to suggest tipping. I don’t see that at budget hotels with the same service. There’s a pool, but no jacuzzi.

Friendly staff and a nice room, but it was the shower that earned the extra star. It may be the best hotel shower I’ve had, with steady, consistent pressure. I wish mine at home worked that well.

I won’t stay here again. The smoke alarm went off in my room and kept me up for the rest of the night. I was moved to another room for a few hours until morning and told there’d be no charge. They repeated that at checkout, and my receipt showed a credit, but then a separate charge came through anyway. A bad experience, especially since I’d only just started using Hilton for travel.

The front desk woman had great music playing in the middle of the night, Springsteen, Edie Brickell, James Taylor. With the fireplace, it made my stay so nice. Thanks.
