The room itself was nice, but the staff weren’t very helpful. My daughter was with a sports group and apparently they expected her to have a crew, but I should get to make that decision. The pool also closed much too early to enjoy. After checkout we realized at home that we’d left a bag in the room. I called the hotel, and they said it hadn’t been found. Since it was a shopping bag, I can only guess it was thrown away or kept by staff, even though they said it was never found.

I won’t stay here again. The toilet in my room wouldn’t flush, and my friend’s room was dirty too, with a broken shower handle and a refrigerator that didn’t work. The building smelled awful as soon as we walked in. The beds were clean, but there was trash in random spots, including a bucket packed with garbage. I needed ice for an injury and was told it was at the end of each hall, but there was none on the second floor. You really need to do better.
10/10
We got stranded in Iowa with a foot of snow after traveling from South Alabama, and Hotel Manager Brian and Susan helped make the place feel like home. The whole staff made our stay wonderful, from the breakfast bar to how incredibly clean everything was.
10/10
The breakfast was the standout here, really top notch. Susan, the breakfast attendant, was cheerful, energetic, and lovely. The hotel was clean and the beds were comfortable. One of the best Comfort Inns I’ve stayed at.
10/10
Susan, who handles breakfast, was lovely company, and the food was the best hotel breakfast I’ve had. Everyone was friendly, from housekeeping through management. One of the cleanest and friendliest hotels I’ve stayed at, and I enjoyed my visit.
