The staff were extremely rude, and housekeeping was a joke. During my weekend stay there was no room service, so I had to ask the front desk once for fresh towels. I asked where to put my trash and was told to use the hall bins, which overflowed most of the weekend without being emptied. Something was running down the hall walls too. The pool area had overflowing trash, plugged toilets, and no towels. My room was cold when I arrived. Adjusting the thermostat barely warmed it, and there was very little bedding to cover up with. I found a shirt under the bed from an earlier stay, my bed had pee stains, the bathroom dryer had already been ripped off the wall, and the beds were hard and uncomfortable. Breakfast was disgusting, with very little food that tasted old. People in my family and group got diarrhea after eating it. I also had a late-night incident to report, and my friend needed towels. The woman on duty, ELLEN, was extremely rude and condescending, wouldn't give us time to speak, and was snotty. When we asked for towels, she wouldn't even check, just said they were all dirty, then walked away saying she was busy with trash and didn't want to help us at all. Most of the staff don't speak English. At checkout I asked for a receipt, and the front desk guy first said I wasn't in their system and there was no record of my stay. He found it eventually using my confirmation number. I wouldn't recommend this extremely dirty hotel with terrible food and awful customer service. Pay more and save yourself the headache by staying elsewhere.

The worst part was being refused room cleaning during my stay, even after I requested it. Basic housekeeping should be a given, and that made an already poor experience worse. Staff were unhelpful and didn't seem concerned when I raised issues. The room didn't feel properly cleaned or maintained, and both it and the common areas looked neglected. The hotel's general cleanliness was poor, which made me uncomfortable right away. I wouldn't recommend this location unless cleanliness and customer service improve a lot.

The room was clean, and the staff were friendly. The beds weren't especially comfortable, but they weren't the worst I've slept on either. TV service was poor, with very few channels, and the Wi-Fi was so bad I couldn't load pages on my laptop. I had to use my phone as a hotspot. There were little things missing: no closet, no hangers, and nowhere to hang even a hand towel. Still, it did the job as a place to sleep.

The staff were attentive and so friendly, always ready to help with a smile. Check-in was smooth and welcoming, and I felt like a valued guest thanks to their service and attention to detail. My room was spotless, spacious, and well cared for, with everything I needed to be comfortable. The food was delicious, with plenty of choices for different tastes. The location is close to everything but quiet enough to relax. I had an outstanding stay.

It was a quiet place to rest, with easy access and free parking. A few things were off, though: the elevator rattled and vibrated on the way to the third floor, and the sink was cracked with a tiny hole. The carpet was pretty worn too. The A/C and heat buttons didn't work and the panel wouldn't light up, so it took a lot of fiddling to figure out how to warm the room. The pool and spa were closed.
