The rooms were comfortable, and the temperature control worked well, which matters more than you might think if you have wet clothes. The pool wasn't heated, but having tea and coffee available around the clock was nice. The free breakfast bar was a little better than I expected. A decent stay, pretty much what you'd expect from a Holiday Inn, with nothing major to complain about and not much to write home about.

The beds were really comfortable, and the blinds worked well. The front desk employee was friendly and made changing rooms feel like no problem, which I appreciated. We had to ask twice: the first room smelled like feet, and in the second, an outlet by the headboards ticked or chirped, with broken USB ports. Maintenance said the noise was normal. In the third room, there were hairs on the sheets and most of the towels. We were too embarrassed to ask to switch again. I didn't try breakfast, so I can't comment on it. If you have a choice, book somewhere else.
The room and hotel were excellent, but the staff made the stay unpleasant. Lobby staff were very rude, and the woman at the front desk spoke disrespectfully and seemed unhappy with her job. Even with the “Do Not Disturb” sign up, service staff kept knocking and disturbing us. Management needs to address how staff treat guests, because it left a bad impression and affected our stay. I’ve attached a photo of the woman who spoke rudely to visitors.
The parking lot had plenty of space, the AC worked well, and the room had the essentials. I was here for the Sea.Hear.Now festival, and it was a convenient, comfortable place to stay in the area. Just a straightforward hotel with what you need and no issues.
It’s 22 May 2026. I know kids are kids, but letting them run wild in the lobby and play soccer right outside the hotel is unacceptable. Some adults want to rest after 9 PM, not listen to all that chaos.
