The staff made a great impression from check-in through checkout, and my room was quiet, clean, comfortable, and nicely furnished. The outdoor courtyard was well kept, and the fire pit was especially nice on a chilly November evening. As someone who travels for business often, I usually choose Courtyard, and this stay met my expectations. The Bistro breakfast is a different story. I was disappointed to hear the menu had changed: “eggs your way” is gone, and a breakfast sandwich, fruit cup, juice, and coffee came to $34 before tax and tip, or $39 total. I’d been willing to pay nearly $25 for eggs, juice, and coffee, but I expect I’ll have to justify this expense and may be told to pick a hotel with breakfast included. That’s a bummer, though I’ve had good experiences at Fairfield Inns, Springhill Suites, and full-service Marriotts too. I recommend this hotel, but check the Bistro carefully since items in the display cooler don’t have prices marked.

Maria was such a kind, helpful person to have around during my stay. She was professional, amazing, and one of the sweetest hotel staff members I’ve met. The customer service was exceptional. I highly recommend this hotel!

We stayed here before our cruise on Star, after flying into MLB airport. A $1.50 local bus took us to Melbourne Square Mall, and the hotel was about two blocks away on foot. There’s a new walkway with a crosswalk and stoplight right out front for getting across the highway, and the area felt safe with well-lit parking. The room was clean and comfortable, with plenty of bathroom space, storage, and a small fridge. There’s an outdoor pool and courtyard, and the Bistro was open at 7 AM for a la carte breakfast. Service was excellent, and the front desk staff were very helpful. Cheddars and other restaurants are nearby. This could be a good stop before heading to Port Canaveral.

The pool and deck area are cute, with really nice lighting, and there are games for families or friends, including Connect four, cornbole, and mini putt. They even have the space X launch schedule! We got in after midnight and everyone was still polite, kind, and helpful. The bistro bar is nice too. Great coffee, Starbucks but better, and the breakfast burritos are amazing. The room was clean, the bed felt wonderful, and those pillows pull you right into dream land. Good water pressure and just-right heat. It was a wonderful stay, and I’d absolutely come back. 10/10 recommend.

The room and the stay were fantastic, but the bartender’s greeting was unbelievably bad. I came up with a beer and she immediately said she wouldn’t serve me because I had an outside drink. I put it down, but she said that wouldn’t work, so I threw it away and asked if that was okay. She gave me the biggest attitude I’ve ever seen from someone I probably would’ve tipped over $100. This could’ve been handled so easily. I’ll do my best to find out her name.
