Express Inn West Memphis

The blinds in the room were something I really liked. The outside looked pretty bad, but our room was clean, and the staff seemed very nice, especially when my key wouldn’t work. I asked for towels at check-in, but they never delivered any to either room. Two towel sets for four people in one room just isn’t enough. I also asked about coffee, but there was a miscommunication. It’s only available in the office, with no machines in the rooms.

My ice chest was stolen from the back of my pickup, which was backed up to my door, with the cameras facing the truck. I reported it to the office the next morning when I noticed, but they did nothing and never even got back to me. DO NOT STAY HERE!

For that price, the room was clean and comfortable. A friend had warned me there might be bedbugs, but that wasn’t the case at all. There were no bugs, and the room was very clean. I enjoyed my stay and will definitely come back whenever I’m down that way.

We had three rooms for our group, and each one was different, from the mattress comfort to the comforters and mini fridges. Some things didn’t work. The motel could use repairs and updates, though it does look like they’re working to get the place where it should be.
