The room was clean and quiet, and everything worked. We got the room we’d reserved and check-in was quick. The staff were wonderful, the extra-large TVs were a plus, and pets stayed free.

The woman who greeted us was the sweetest, but our room smelled like someone had just smoked weed in it. The bed also made the worst metal noise I’ve ever heard in a hotel room. I’m sure I’d be giving five stars if we’d gotten a different room.

The room was gross, with both dead and live roaches. Paint was peeling from the ceiling, and the vents were packed with dust and other nasty stuff. Completely awful.

The staff were really friendly, and I felt safe. It was quiet too. The rooms were okay and very clean.

No breakfast here, and the water smelled bad. When I tried to run a bath, yellow water filled the tub, so I wasn’t about to bathe in it. The bed was hard as a brick, and its metal box frame shifted and popped every time I moved. The pillows were old, worn out, and lumpy, while the air conditioner made a loud noise the whole time it ran.
