The 24-hour coffee bar makes me happy, and the front desk is extremely helpful. This Marriott was clean, quiet, and comfortable, and better than the standard I've seen at other locations. I'm loyal to Marriott, and this place reassures me that's a good choice. I didn't get tonight's employee's name, but she was pleasant and professional when I checked in around 7 pm on 11/28. Management should know she's representing the property wonderfully.

The location gets a lot of traffic noise, since it's in a busy commercial area. Inside, the decor was all gray and black, without much color. The hotel was fine otherwise. Front desk staff were great, the hospitality room was stocked and available each night and each morning for breakfast, and the breakfast attendant was friendly and efficient.

Everything went smoothly when we checked in on the evening of 8/23. The next morning, the front desk called to ask if anyone had lost a wallet, and one of our kids realized it was hers. A staff member even brought it to our room. We forgot to ask her name, but thank you, we really appreciate it. The hotel was clean and conveniently close to a shopping center. We went to Walmart for groceries for our college kid before taking her back to Pitt. Breakfast had a good variety, and there was plenty of parking outside the building. We'd definitely stay again when we're in Pittsburgh.

Nadine at the front desk was one of the best employees I've ever met. She was friendly, gave us useful information, and took responsibility for making the experience special. Renee at the breakfast Center did a fantastic job keeping the buffet well stocked for a very busy crowd. The motel was clean, and we had a wonderful stay.

The room had everything I needed, including a fridge, microwave, and desk, plus a pool and free parking. The bed was clean, it was quiet, and there were no bedbugs, a big plus. The shower had strong water pressure, and breakfast was well stocked. What's not to like?
