Hampton Inn West Palm Beach Florida Turnpike

It was my first time at this hotel, and the desk clerk was amazing and made sure we were looked after. I didn’t get his name. I’d forgotten to bring water, and he was kind enough to give us some. I’d recommend staying here and will consider coming back. ☺️

Linda’s breakfast was the highlight of my stay. She made such a delicious meal and gave top-notch service each morning, so I looked forward to getting up early, saying hello, and filling my plate. On my last morning, she even made my favorite French toast sticks with bacon and eggs. That was amazing. The staff were friendly and helpful too. Thanks for making my stay so great. I’ll definitely come back!

Our team mostly wouldn’t stay here again. The rooms need renovation and better cleaning: bedding was stained, the bathroom was dirty, the carpet was wet, and there were visible pests. We also had safety concerns because it felt like the public could wander through the lobby, and the room deadbolts weren’t working properly. One of our team members was locked out after being mistakenly checked out early.

The elevator was out, but I took the stairs, no big deal. Then I found someone else’s hair on the shower walls and stains all over the glass door, so I didn’t shower. Breakfast was mediocre. I’ve had much better at other hotels. This gets just over three out of five stars.
