My mom and I went to the Belgrove Resort Hotel for her birthday, and I just got back from a wonderful stay. Every detail felt top-notch and the service was impeccable. The pool team, especially Dejonae Leslie and Big Mama, were phenomenal, as was our male server, who made sure we had everything we needed. We had lunch at Social 48, where Lisa and the hostess were amazing, and the food was delicious. I can’t wait to return!

This place tries to feel luxurious, but seems to have an identity crisis. It’s easy to see why it’s changed hands so many times and gone under before. I stayed three nights on points and won’t return. The room fixtures were poorly made, with multiple items falling off during our stay. The prices didn’t match the quality, and we got nickel and dimed throughout. My brother and I had spent three nights at another West Palm Beach resort just before this one. The difference in food, amenities, and comfort was obvious. We were happy to pay significantly more there, and quickly realized we wouldn’t spend extra here for poor quality. The resort advertises tennis and golf without seeming to understand how either works. Tennis cost $25 per person per hour. Guests can play golf daily within a set time window, even though some people pay $300k+ to join the club attached to the resort. Imagine being one of those members. My brother and I were willing to spend a lot on the experience, but decided to spend our money elsewhere. We played several rounds at PGA National and enjoyed high-end meals at its attached restaurant, as well as at the Four Seasons on the water in Palm Beach.

This pet-friendly hotel opened in 2025, and they’ve got a whole corner with snacks and a toy for dogs. Mine LOVED it! The rooms are spacious and clean, and there’s lots of open land to walk around. The downtown shuttle was a great perk. Our burger was delicious, and the server was attentive, even bringing water in a Yeti dog bowl for my dog. The drivers were friendly and knew a lot about the area. Eric told us about Palm Beach and WPB, and Christian was professional and accommodating. The ride back was fun. We did have a small hiccup, but Victoria sorted it out quickly. The whole team made for a lovely weekend. They also put on a really nice Palm Beach Food and Wine Kickoff party. Shoutout to General Manager Brittany, who’s doing a great job keeping everything running smoothly. @marriott, please recognize this hotel as an example of the outstanding customer service more Marriotts should provide.

My husband and I have traveled for years and usually review places we’ve visited. This isn’t a good one. While he was checking out, I went to get coffee and waited a long time for help. I heard two people giggling behind the curtains. When they came out, they looked embarrassed, and it seemed like they might have been doing more than just working. It also looked like this had been going on for a while. One seemed to work in the kitchen from her uniform. I still remember that one had short hair and the other wore glasses. I’m really disappointed. For a property that markets itself as luxury, this behavior and lack of professionalism from some employees doesn’t meet that standard. It leaves a poor impression and hurts the property’s reputation. Management should address it seriously and take the necessary action, including replacing employees who can’t meet the expected level of professionalism.

I got a day pass for the pool while waiting for a late flight. The pool was fine and the daybed was nice, but service was average at best. A server dropped off a menu and never returned, so I went to the restaurant to order. I got crudité and a poke bowl. The crudité was straightforward, except some cauliflower had visible mold, which I scraped off. The $28 poke bowl was mostly rice, with very little tuna, edamame, and seaweed salad. The advertised nori, furitake, chili threads, shiso, and gari weren’t on the plate. I waited about half an hour for a drink, which they did comp. Then the prosecco turned out to be a glass of white wine I wouldn’t have chosen. Staff disappeared so quickly there was nobody to tell. There are plenty of places offering day passes, so I won’t return. With all the hype around the resort, I was pretty confused.
