Residence at Rosemary Square

The suite had plenty of room, and having a full kitchen was a real plus. It was also an affordable stay, close to downtown restaurants and bars, CityPlace, and the waterfront. When the AC gave us trouble, they took care of it quickly. I’d stay here again.

Carlynn at the front desk made our two-day conference easy to manage. We needed coffee for the conference room and a sign saying “Sponsored by...”; she arranged to have it printed, charged us a fair amount, and was a huge help. We’ll definitely be back for the service. Thank you! 😊

We’ve stayed here for the holidays twice now, and both times we’ve been very happy. Check-in was easy, our room was spacious and quiet, and the breakfast had lots of choices. Jaison kept everything clean and well stocked. The sofa bed wasn’t very good quality, though that seems to be a Marriott thing. Unfortunately, we all got sick during this stay. Mike and Jay at the front desk quickly brought us fresh linens and towels, and even brought over a few food items in the evening when we couldn’t get them ourselves. That was far beyond what I expected. All the staff were kind and friendly, and we’ll be back.

What bothered me most was the lack of daily housekeeping, which wasn’t disclosed. Our three-year-old son poops every day, so we were left smelling it day and night. We also didn’t have enough towels for the family, there was no room service, and the tiny store had no apple juice when he wanted some at night. The large fridge and kitchen were a plus, but the service was terrible. The woman who checked us in was standoffish. There was also a man smoking outside the hotel for about an hour, despite a sign saying not to smoke within 25 feet. We saw the valet walk past him several times without saying anything. On the day housekeeping did come, they left one counter completely filthy. The same man was still smoking outside, and nobody said a thing. I’ve never had this kind of hotel experience before. In West Palm Beach, I expected better.
