I booked a showing for January 8th at 4:30 p.m. and arrived at 4:28 p.m. I’d called three times in the previous 20 minutes, but nobody answered. I’m leaving a very negative review, and I’m questioning what kind of environment they provide. See the picture and insert, such poor service. Clearly a front for something.

After ten years in Florida, this is the safest I’ve felt. I’ve been in my unit for a year now, and I love living here. The place is clean and organized, and the staff are knowledgeable and accommodating. Kudos for making me feel like a rockstar in your building.

I’d paid my rent a week early because I was going out of town, but they refused to reimburse me. When I got home from being rushed to the hospital for diabetes, my apartment was empty. They’d packed all my belongings and kicked me out. SC Carter were the worst people I’ve ever rented from. They don’t allow emergency vehicles on their property.

The place is pleasant enough and secure, and they’re steadily updating it. I’d just moved in, so I could see things were improving, though there’s still work to do. The rooms aren’t soundproof, so keep that in mind if you like to make a lot of noise.
