My suite was spotless, spacious, and thoughtfully set up with everything I needed. Housekeeping kept it immaculate, and the whole property was quiet, clean, and well maintained. The location is peaceful but still close to stores, restaurants, and major highways. From check-in on, the staff were welcoming, professional, and attentive, and they went out of their way to make my stay comfortable. I had an amazing time at Residence Inn by Marriott in West Springfield, MA. It felt like a home away from home, with comfortable rooms and high-quality amenities. I'd absolutely recommend it to visitors and look forward to staying again.

I stayed on the fourth floor a while back and forgot to leave this review until now. The room was immaculate and well serviced. Natasha, the housekeeper, was wonderful, really friendly, and so helpful. She made my stay much better, and I'll be requesting her services next time.

The room had a nice, well-equipped kitchenette, and the pool was clean and nice too. The hotel was in good shape and clean, with awesome staff. There's all kinds of food nearby, and it's easy to get on the freeway and go wherever you need. I'd definitely stay again.

Kristine, the assistant manager, was professional, kind, and helpful. She made sure everything was taken care of and that guests felt welcome and comfortable. The service was excellent, and she had a great attitude. Thanks for all your hard work. I had a great experience at Residence Inn by Marriott West Springfield.

We booked a double bedroom suite for our family of five, including an infant, eleven months ahead while the rates were lower. After driving three hours and spending six hours at the Big E, we arrived to hear the hotel was “overbooked.” It seemed clear that people had called weeks before the Big E and offered triple what we paid, and that the hotel gave them the room without caring how it affected us. Instead of the suite we reserved, they sent us down the road to one of their other hotels and offered a one-bedroom suite with two beds for five people. It wasn't comparable at all, so we drove the three hours home that night. Disgusted by the greed. Awful!
