The rooms had lots of storage and a layout that worked well, and the gym even had hydra-massagers, a fun extra. The starry touches and atmospheric decor stood out as soon as we walked in. It’s clearly been renovated, and the location was perfect. I’d stay here again.

After a day of hiking in the park, coming back to bowls of grilled meat, potatoes, and vegetables in the lobby was such a welcome surprise. We’d been living on trail food, so that free dinner made this one of the nicest stays of our national parks trip with my daughter. The place was new and clean, service was good, and it was comparatively affordable. We’d return.

We were only here for one night in West Yellowstone, and the hotel had opened just a couple of months earlier. Everything went smoothly, starting with a warm welcome from Kemira??, who also pointed us to a fantastic dinner at Madison Crossing. The location is choice, too. West Yellowstone is incredibly walkable, more so than anywhere I’ve visited since London and Paris. We’d stay again in a heartbeat.

Jonah at reception made a great impression with her friendly welcome and helpful dinner suggestions. She’s the best hotel receptionist I’ve ever met. The hotel itself was practically new, very clean, and beautifully decorated. We were pleasantly surprised, and could walk to downtown, the shops, and restaurants. I’d recommend it to anyone visiting Yellowstone or the surrounding area.

The rooms and hallways felt new and were clean, and the amenities and breakfast were quite decent. It’s in a great location and is one of the newest additions among the hotel chains in West Yellowstone. During my stay, parts of the room floor weren’t level or seemed improperly installed and secured, a minor renovation issue.
