I’d give this place zero stars at this point. Our heater barely warmed the room, so I asked the front desk for another room. She said they were booked and couldn’t move us. Maintenance looked at the heater but did nothing to fix it. The weather seal on the back door was hanging loose, and I had to try to repair it to stop a little cold air getting in. I’ve called the office three times and still haven’t gotten an answer. I shouldn’t have to put my Yellowstone trip on hold because of the inconvenience and lack of help from the staff and management. I deserve a full refund so I can find somewhere else to stay. I’ve stayed in this area a dozen times this year and received much better service. Where are the management or owners?

The hotel is older and the rooms haven’t been updated. The Wi-Fi and satellite TV barely worked, if at all. The toilet wasn’t firmly attached to the floor, and the bed and pillows were very uncomfortable.

This was our last option for somewhere to sleep for three nights. The location was a plus: close to shopping, restaurants, and parks, and we parked once and walked to everything within 10 minutes. It felt safe, and the price was cheap, but I’d rather pay more for comfort. In a pinch, it’s not that bad. The place is outdated and needs more than a fresh coat of paint. The old beds were lumpy, the bathroom needed a new toilet, tub, and shower curtain, and the towels were thin and rough. There was carpet throughout. The woman at the front desk barely spoke English and struggled to understand our questions. The floors are thin, and we could hear absolutely everything the people above us did.

A good stop for a night during a road trip. The buffet breakfast was good, and staff served it, but you could still take as much as you wanted.
