The hotel was fairly clean and had good amenities, but our two room suite had faulty electronics, outlets, and furniture. The service made the stay feel especially unwelcoming. I was there for two nights with two friends, and we were in and out, but the only greeting we got was at check-in. When the living room TV wouldn't turn on properly, I called the desk, and the person who came to fix it barely spoke to us. We asked for another blanket and pillow and got attitude. It was a decent stay in some ways, but this was the least hospitable hotel service I've experienced.

The fitness center was a real plus, with more equipment than I usually see at other hotel brands, including stack machines and elliptical trainers. I was here for work, and the hotel was good value, easy to reach from the highway, and tucked back away from the traffic. The room was comfortable enough, but the dark colors and wood made it feel gloomy even with the lights on. It wasn't lively.

The people here made my 47-day stay for training in Boston much easier. Hannah at the front desk was consistently kind and helpful, and everyone I dealt with was friendly and accommodating. The room had a noticeable smell when I arrived, so I got a room refresher. The bedding felt a little off because the duvet cover was open. Both the room and hotel could use a renovation, which I understand may already be planned. Even with those issues, I was comfortable, and the great staff made it a good stay. With updates, this place will really shine.

This is an old, tired hotel in the middle of nowhere, with poor service. I emailed and called the front desk several times with housekeeping requests, but nothing had been arranged when I arrived. Ankur at the front desk was clueless and rude.
