It feels like home here, and Melissa is a big part of that for my family, especially my boys. She treats us like family and is always so welcoming. Tiffany is also wonderful and helpful, and she deserves a mention. There are a couple of things that could be better: the shower heads and the sheets from housekeeping. When I call the front desk about either issue, though, they take care of it right away. Otherwise, no complaints. I always come back when I'm visiting Salem. It's a bit farther out, but the hospitality and homey feeling make the drive worthwhile.

A solid 4 out of 5. The place is kept up, but it feels pretty old. The rooms are clean, though they have an odd smell, and the staff are friendly. Breakfast is modest and acceptable, much like other Hilton properties. Fine for a visit to the area, as long as you're not expecting anything big.

The staff are friendly and helpful, but they nickel and dime you. There's no microwave in the room, and the one by the desk looks like it's from the 70s. Room service comes every other day, and the Wi-Fi is so bad it might as well be dial-up. My company paid $3,000 for two weeks. I'll be advising them to find a better deal next time.
