We left before breakfast, so I can't say what was offered, and based on all this I probably wouldn't choose the place again. The price was good for a room with a hot tub, under $80, and the gentleman at the front desk was polite and helpful. But after calling ahead to say we'd arrive in 45 minutes, we still waited almost 20 minutes in reception. Maybe one staff member was handling everything. We were exhausted after a long day and just wanted to settle in. There was dog poop on the stairs and the carpet was filthy. The bathtub was disgusting, with hair and something else I couldn't identify, so I scrubbed it with Clorox wipes before considering a bath. There was no toilet paper, so we used tissues and wipes we'd brought. I don't know whether housekeeping was off that day, but we stayed only because we were too tired to move. Kids were screaming in the hall, and someone was whistling as if we were supposed to enjoy being an audience. The hotel can't control its guests, but that was still unpleasant. These problems should have been dealt with before we arrived. And the dog poop was on its owner.

The location was quiet, so we could relax without being disturbed. Service was great both at check-in and when we needed help with the keys. Our room was clean and spacious, though a little dated. The TV could have been better because we couldn't adjust the volume, but we enjoyed the stay.

After my father, who had just been diagnosed with cancer, drove 12 hours, we opened the room to find unmade beds, trash on the floor, stains, and towels scattered across the bathroom. It looked as if a party had just ended. This was overwhelming for him on top of everything else, and completely unacceptable. We waited a long time at the front desk. The woman who came to help in the lobby was very nice, but I got my dad a refund and took him to a hotel I trusted. We had booked here because we worried there might be no rooms left for Thanksgiving. Thankfully, we got the refund and found somewhere good. Nice staff don't excuse a hotel in this disgusting condition. It needs to close until they get things together. This is a tourist town, and this is what visitors are meant to stay in? I wouldn't recommend the place even if they paid me.

At one point they tried to charge me three times, which froze my accounts and made for a terrible vacation. After 35 years of traveling, this was by far my worst experience, and I won't stay here or at this brand again. They refuse to make any of it right. The hotel is outdated and filthy, and the hallways smelled so bad we had to hold our breath. The whole place smelled like mold. This is an extended-stay property with lots of sketchy residents, aggressive dogs, and people not cleaning up after them. There were people on hard drugs, police, abuse, and other sketchy behavior. Police came by multiple times a day, every day we were there. The first night, around 11 p.m., the toilet wouldn't stop running and flooded the bathroom. My husband shut off the water, and we'd already used all our towels and hand towels to clean up. We went to tell the front desk. Someone came up, jiggled a cord in the toilet tank, and got it working. Nobody mopped the flooded bathroom afterward. We asked three times for more towels. The wet ones sat outside our door for three days, with a cockroach on them. The next morning I got an email telling me the front desk hours. I'd specifically asked for a fridge and freezer. While we were out on the second day, they replaced the combo unit with a fridge that barely worked and had no freezer. That evening somebody tried to get into our room. There was nobody in the lobby, so we locked the doors and shouted that it wasn't their room. The cops showed up twice that night for some reason. Residents had taken over breakfast, so even going down first thing didn't mean we'd get any. Staff were rude and unhelpful, and we feared retaliation when we complained or asked for help. I don't think we'll ever stay at a Wyndham property again.

The pool was one good point, and the rooms seemed roomy and decent when we first entered. But getting towels was difficult, and communication from the hotel was lacking. We asked for housekeeping and were told it wasn't available at all, so we had to change our own sheets and everything else. That was completely uncalled for. The fresh sheets we got were stained and gross. When I showed them to the manager, she gave me attitude, and the mattresses were old and stained too. The manager on duty wasn't nice and acted as if we were putting her out whenever we needed something. The continental breakfast was good the first day, but there was nothing the second day. Very disappointing. We'll never come back. Anyone looking for a deal should steer clear. If you can't staff a business, you shouldn't be running it. I'd give zero stars if I could. Beware.
