Dawn and Olivia are the best part of staying here. When they're working breakfast, the food is stocked and hot, and the seating and serving areas are clean. They start the day with a smile and take time for a quick chat. I've even seen Olivia work in the morning, come back for an evening shift, then be there again the next morning. They make guests feel welcome. I'll miss seeing them if I stop staying here. The billing issue with Kiara, the Sales Manager, has been a different story. We briefly discussed it Friday morning, and later that afternoon I returned her voicemail asking me to call. As of March 3, I still haven't heard back. I was charged for a Monday night I didn't use, after cancelling through the Marriott Titanium line. I offered to send my reservation charge summary showing dates of 2/24-2/26. Kiara said she wasn't familiar with the Titanium line, which concerned me. The mixed messages made this more confusing. Shortly after our Friday morning call, I got a notice that my room was ready with a mobile key. Then I received a “we miss you already” checkout message showing three nights, which is correct, but doesn't match the charges. As a Marriott Titanium member with over 133 nights year-to-date, consistent service matters to me. Travelers might consider the Holiday Inn Express across the street. It's newer, competitively priced, and the manager is always friendly and knows me by name. I stay in hotels often for work and try to be fair about good and bad experiences. I've included screenshots of the reservation details I mentioned. I'd appreciate someone from management contacting me to resolve the billing concern. If it can't be sorted out, it'll be hard to keep choosing this property on future visits, though I hope it can be resolved.

The rooms were spacious and well kept, with big bathrooms and showers for a king. Everything was super clean, tidy, and decorated nicely for the season. The hotel was surprisingly empty despite the good amenities and service. We didn't have time to use the bar, pool, or gym, but looked at them and they seemed great. It was well above what we'd expected for the price, and I was especially glad we'd researched it since I have trouble sleeping comfortably in unfamiliar places. The staff and safety protocols seemed excellent. My best friend and I came for Christmas and found this place after doing a lot of research on hotels in the area. We were not disappointed. The night staff on Christmas Eve and especially the manager on Christmas morning were phenomenal, sweet, kind, and courteous, even though they had to work the holiday. I have no complaints and was more pleasantly surprised than I've been at a hotel. If I'm back in Indy, I'll absolutely stay here again. Thanks to the staff, and have a fantastic holiday! (:

They told me six days ahead that I couldn't cancel one of the two nights because it was within seven days, so I said I wouldn't be there the first night. When we arrived to check in for night two, they called us a no-show and said the only available room cost more than our reservation. I stayed one night and paid for 2.5. Scam! Extremely shady business practices.

We usually stay here once or twice a year when visiting family, and the hotel is great. New bartender, or mixologist, Brenton is completely amazing. He made some of the best craft cocktails I've ever had. Already looking forward to our next trip out.

The area around the hotel is peaceful and quiet, and the room was clean, spacious, and quiet too. I was only here for one night, but the front desk hostess was really nice and helpful. I'll definitely stay again.
