Residence Inn by Marriott Boston Westford

We’ve stayed here several times because family live nearby, and it’s a great place to meet up. We especially like the two-bedroom suites and the breakfast choices.

The front desk team has made a real difference during my long stay. Mary, Darwin & Danielle always greet me warmly, and Assistant Manager Amy has gone out of her way to make the place feel like home. Housekeeping has been thoughtful with my dogs too, always checking that they’re out of the room before coming in, which keeps things stress-free for all of us. Since checking in, I’ve found the staff welcoming and the hotel consistently clean and comfortable. I feel respected and well cared for here, and it really has become a home away from home. I highly recommend Residence Inn for a longer stay, and I’ll definitely come back.

The neighborhood is quiet, with shops nearby, though you’ll need a car. Rooms are clean and the beds are comfortable. It works for either a short visit or an extended stay, and breakfast is served.

The rooms are the main reason I’d give this place high marks. I had a spacious two-bedroom suite with a living room, dining table, and basic kitchenette. Check-in was quick, the beds were comfortable, and there was plenty of wardrobe and drawer space. The bathroom was an okay size, with the basin outside it. They don’t provide larger toiletries like shaving or dental kits, and I missed having a room safe. Breakfast was very basic and poorly arranged, with overflowing bins and barely any room to put more disposables. The man managing breakfast did his job, but didn’t show the kind of hospitality you’d hope for. There’s not much around, so without a vehicle you’ll be stuck. The property is all suites.
