The room was dirty and poorly kept, and there was a smell from the door all the way through to the room. Several broken items looked like they should have been replaced: a dresser drawer was missing, the bathroom shelf had broken and collapsed, and a piece was chipped off the nightstand. There was what looked like dirt and boogers on the wall, and visible grime on the tub, sink, cabinets, and floor. I can't see how Extended Stay should let this business operate under its name. This experience has honestly made me doubt all Extended Stay hotels. Any claims that this place is nice or clean are lies meant to skew its rating.

My father and I moved into this hotel about a month ago after our previous living situation was obstructed. I can only speak to our room, since a friend who stayed earlier this year had a different-looking one. Our room wasn't as terrible as some reviews say, but the sleeper sofa had a big rip and its mattress was filthy, completely unusable for sleeping. We had to sleep on the couch itself, which dipped in the middle and was very uncomfortable. Otherwise the room was mediocre, just below bare minimum. The door wouldn't open reliably and often couldn't read our cards, but manager Isa had the whole card reader and doorknob replaced pretty much the day we arrived. The bigger problem was the staff. The short stay felt incredibly long and hostile. Apart from Isa, who was generally civil in the handful of times we interacted, and a girl whose name I never got who rang me up once, we had trouble with almost everyone else. One male worker was hostile and rude every time. He seemed to hate his job and the guests, wouldn't look at me, mumbled like a moody teenager talking to his overbearing mother, and often ignored both me and my father when he decided the conversation should end. In the last week and a half, after my father emailed corporate about staff conditions, we didn't see that worker again until we were kicked out. Another girl, whose name I also don't know, often seemed unsure of what she was doing. When she programmed our room keys, usually only one of the two worked because she rushed the machine. When we told her, she got sassy, as if we were irritating her over her own mistake. Things escalated in the final week. After the email to corporate and the male worker stopped appearing, other staff seemed to take personal issue with us and treat us differently. On Thursday, about three days before I posted this, my father went to the desk to pay for that day and was told that on our 28th consecutive day at the hotel, Monday, the next day at the time of posting, we'd have to leave for 24 hours before we could return for another 28 days. That seemed like a strange rule. A friend of mine had stayed at this same hotel for over a year and was never made to leave for 24 hours. I'm running out of word count, but they ultimately kicked us out because one staff member lied about a late payment. Don't stay here. Save your money.

My family prefers this location. It's in a good area, and the staff are consistently helpful and friendly. Isa is always available to answer questions and help however she can. I've had the same experience with every staff member I've met. There are nice people around the hotel too. If you're in the area, I'd definitely recommend staying here.

Ariana made the whole visit feel welcoming and easy from the moment I arrived. She was warm, professional, knew her stuff, and went out of her way to make sure things were right. Her customer service was the best I've had at any extended stay hotel. She's patient, attentive, and always ready to help with a real smile. You can tell she cares about guests and takes pride in her work. This location stands out because of her. If you're thinking of staying here, ask for Ariana. She'll take good care of you.
