Mariner's Cove Inn

We were happy with the place for our trip, since we had an early fishing charter leaving before 6 am. Mariners Cove is about a five minute drive from the slips and just around the corner from the grocery store. Both rooms had a microwave, Keurig, and refrigerator, though one had a full-size fridge and freezer with a sink, while the other had a mini fridge. The bed was very comfortable and the rooms were pretty quiet, although noisy neighbors might have been an issue. The office staff were great. It's not fancy, and some room finishes are showing wear, but it worked well for us.

I've been working in Westport and have been glad to call this place home several times already this year. It's right among the grocery store, gas station, beach, and marina. The staff are great, the rooms stay clean, the beds are comfy, and the tubs are relaxing.

Room 8 was clean and smelled nice, with a shower that had great pressure and lovely hot water. The king-size Tempur-pedic bed and amazing pillows were the highlight, though. My husband and I slept for 12 hours and woke up without any pain, which is huge for us. We really enjoyed our stay.

I usually hesitate to book a motel instead of a hotel, but I'd happily stay here again and again. Check-in was easy, and walking into the room with the screen windows left open felt amazing. The bed was comfortable and the place felt homey and relaxing. I didn't shower during my one-night stay, so I can't comment on the water pressure. It would've been nice if it were a little warmer so I could have tea in the chairs outside the room in the morning. I'd recommend it without hesitation.
