I always like staying here, and the new parking QR codes are a great improvement. I can handle parking with my phone instead of having to go back out to the car with a ticket after checking in. Everyone at the front desk is friendly, and Khadijah was especially nice.

Tara, the Front Office Supervisor, clearly pays attention to the details and leads well. She went out of her way to keep things running smoothly and make sure I felt looked after. Binh, the Front Office Assistant Manager, was easy to approach, helpful, and efficient, and took care of my questions and requests promptly. Khadijah, the Front Office Agent, was warm and welcoming and always ready to help with a smile. From the moment I arrived, the whole front desk team showed real care and professionalism. Their kindness made a lasting impression and made my stay feel exceptional.

We paid $300 each for tickets to the New Year's Eve celebration, which our friend bought for the group two months ahead. A week before the event, the same tickets were selling for $150 each. That felt wrong, and the evening wasn't worth even the lower price. The food was poor and we were hungry by 10 p.m., but the main course didn't arrive until 10:30. The cocktail hour in the hallway outside the ballroom was okay, and the liquor was fine. There was nowhere to sit and eat, and the only good food was the fresh sliced ham. They opened the ballroom at 9 p.m.; salads were already on our table. The band was painfully loud even though we were seated at the outer edge. My wife and I both ordered filet mignon. The portions were small, and hers was overcooked; she said it was like biting cardboard. The mashed potatoes tasted dry and crumbly, like they came from a box. Dessert was a thin slice of frozen cheesecake and wasn't good. We felt robbed at $300 per person. Worst New Year's Eve celebration in my book.

I've stayed here for LegionsCon for the past three years, and I'm looking forward to coming back for the next three. The rooms are nice and well kept, and the staff have been very accommodating. The event space works well for the convention, with several entrances and exits and an easy flow. The pub serves great food, and there's plenty of room in the lobby for the crowds who hang around during and after the event, sometimes into the early morning.
