After paying for my reservation and deposit, I ended up having to stay at another hotel because the manager gave me such a hard time about checking in. I found him very disrespectful and unwilling to accommodate me, and I feel he is racist. He called the police on people, and, as far as I understand, this happens often. The police made a report on my behalf after seeing how rude he was. At the nearby hotel, a kind receptionist helped me get a beautiful room. When I told her what had happened here, she said it happens frequently, so be careful.

The gym is GORGEOUS, and the staff were friendly. My room was clean, too. The shower didn’t work and was old and stained, but the staff graciously accommodated me at checkout. It was a great last-minute stay.

We were happy with our stay here with our boys soccer team. Great value for the price.

I checked in Wednesday on a business trip, but my room wasn’t cleaned until Sunday, after I asked at the front desk. This hotel is not business-friendly, especially since it doesn’t provide Wi-Fi. My mobile hotspot wasn’t very effective, either. I spoke with a staff member named Maria about getting the room cleaned. She answered with a firm “NO!” and was very rude. Later, she said the person who checked me in should have explained that cleaning had to be requested the night before. She was frustrated, too, saying it was Labor Day weekend and only one person was working at the front desk, which handles everything from breakfast and cleaning to check-ins. With all of that, I’ll never stay here again.
