Xavier and Jeremiah at the Front Desk, usually on the evening shift, helped me sort out an issue with real professionalism and kindness. I’m grateful to them and the whole team. Every staff member I’ve met has been warm and genuinely helpful. Home2 Suites Macon I-75 North is spotless and well kept, and the rooms are comfortable, especially for a business stay. This used to be my favorite place to stay in Macon. I’ve always appreciated the welcoming atmosphere, spacious suites, excellent customer service, and thoughtful amenities for Hilton Diamond members. But on my two most recent stays, I’ve had a serious bug problem. I’m on day three of a five-day stay now and have had to kill stink bugs and ladybugs in the room every day. I was told some extermination methods aren’t used because the hotel is pet-friendly, but this level of infestation is unacceptable and needs attention. It’s especially disappointing after my good experiences here in the past.

We loved the hotel, which was clean and convenient, and it’s nice to be able to use our streaming services on the TVs. Just remember to log out. Heather was a huge help when we called the day after checkout. My husband was panicking because he thought he’d left his cochlear implant battery charger in the room. It would be hard to replace quickly, and without it he can’t hear. Heather checked lost and found, housekeeping, and the room, and even put up a notice in case anyone found it. In the end, he found it tucked into a pocket in his suitcase where he doesn’t usually keep it, so all was well.

We’d stay again. The staff were friendly and accommodating, the hotel was very clean, and breakfast had a good variety and tasted great.
