Microtel Inn And Suites By Wyn

We had a really comfortable stay at the Microtel Inn in Fairmont. The beds were clean, and the staff were kind, helpful, and always smiling. Breakfast was great, and they even baked cookies in the evening. Coffee stayed warm and ready, with hot water available day and night. They were thoughtful with guests, and I had a lovely experience. Thanks to everyone for being so kind and working hard. I'll be back when I'm closer to my church, the World Mission Society Church of God! 🤗

The staff were friendly and helpful, and the room was clean, though basic. When the TV didn't work at first, one of them came up and fixed it. Breakfast was sparse, with only a few sausage patties left, three when we got there, and the waffle batter was almost gone. This hotel needs to respond better to what guests need, and I wasn't impressed. It's now a Sonesta, but old Microtel and Wyndham branding is still all over the place: there's a Microtel/Wyndham sign at the desk, Microtel labels on the phone, and the TV opens with a Microtel screen. That's confusing since it isn't affiliated with Wyndham or Microtel anymore. I probably won't return.

There are restaurants and shops in the same plaza, which made our stop really convenient. We got a free grab-and-go breakfast in the morning, and it was all quick and easy. The rooms had a small fridge, a microwave, and even a window seat. Everything was clean and comfortable, and the front desk staff were friendly and accommodating. We booked two rooms on the way back from Tennessee without knowing what to expect, and the price, under $100, had me a little worried. It turned out to be a pleasant surprise. The hotel looked new and was clean. I'd definitely recommend it.

We needed a place for four nights while our truck was getting repaired. The room was quiet, clean, and nice, and the front desk and housekeeping staff were wonderful the whole time. Breakfast was about what you'd expect, and there are several restaurants within walking distance. I'd stay here again for sure.
