A quiet, family-run kind of place with a relaxed feel, tucked behind other businesses in a secluded spot with lots of parking. The rooms have been clean whenever I’ve stayed, and the mattresses are in good shape, not old or lumpy. For a fair price, you get a quality room, good hot water in the shower, plus a microwave and fridge. The people are good, too.

For a low-cost motel, the quality is alright, and the staff are really sweet. My room key, though, has been a constant headache. I’ve gone to the desk countless times, they fix it, and a few hours later it stops working again. Also, people keep smoking cigarettes outside despite all the no-smoking signs. Not a huge deal, just something funny I noticed.

The front desk staff are friendly and easy to reach. All the women at the desk are kind and fairly professional, especially Sparkle at the front.

At 3 a.m. there were several people walking around the parking lot, watching others. The place feels sketchy, sketchy, sketchy. Makes me wonder how often the police get called here. Shut it down.

The owners kicked me out after a Caucasian man thought I was banging loud music against the wall, which I wasn’t. The customer service was bad. There was old furniture, mold in the rooms, and bugs. I don’t think bleach is used to disinfect, and there are old pipes and trash behind the dumpsters. It’s $72 a night, and the prices are falsely advertised. Don’t spend your money here.
