Hampton Inn & Suites Atlanta Galleria

The beds were very comfortable, and our room stayed dark, cool, and quiet. It was also clean and well maintained, with everything working as it should. The shamrocks for Saint Patrrick's Day were a cute touch. Most of all, the staff made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. A shout-out to Anton! We skipped breakfast because there’s a Waffle House across the street. I’ve reviewed the Hampton Inn in Cumberland before, and not every Hampton Inn is run the same. I’d pick this Galleria Hampton Inn over Cumberland every time.

The gym is basically a closet, and there aren’t any free weights. That was my one gripe. Otherwise, this is a great hotel in a great location, with friendly staff and a breakfast that had lots of good choices. They put real care into small touches: fresh afternoon cookies and bottled water for guests, and Diamond members get a full goodie bag with treats and more water waiting in the room. There are towel shapes in the bathroom and cute holiday decorations, too. It makes you feel like you’re at the Ritz, and I’d gladly stay here again and again.

Sarah, Anton, and Richard were friendly and helpful at the front desk from check-in through checkout, and they had a positive team spirit that we don’t always come across when traveling. The room and bathroom stood out for their cleanliness and presentation. Breakfast had a good spread of fresh hot and cold food with plenty of choices. We’d definitely stay again. Keep up the great work!

We spent a few days here, and the location was just right for a Braves game. The area was great, the rooms were clean, and every staff interaction was fantastic. Everyone was so nice and helpful whenever we came and went. I highly recommend this hotel.
