Fairfield Inn & Suites Rockaway

Rachel at the front desk made a big difference for us by arranging an early check-in before a three-hour wedding. My wife, brothers, and I were in town for the wedding and stayed at this Fairfield, which I’m glad we chose. The hotel was spotless, the rooms were impeccable when we arrived, and everything about the place looked beautiful. When we were leaving, I ran into general manager Mr. Ron Chambers. We chatted and reminisced about old times around my former neighborhood. Ron and his staff were outstanding, and they’re a real asset to this Fairfield. Thank you!

The room felt updated and comfortable, with great air quality, and it was extremely clean. Even the clean smell when you first walk into the hotel stood out.

Valentina was consistently attentive and professional in the breakfast area throughout my six-day stay at Fairfield. She treated every guest with care, even the difficult ones. She’s a real asset to the Fairfield brand and sets a very high standard for hospitality.

Morning traffic can make getting around a little challenging, but the property was worth it. I recently stayed here and was really pleased with the facilities and service. The place is convenient and comfortable, everything was clean, and the staff were caring. One of the best hotels in the surrounding area.
