The privacy and safety problems are what bother me most. Staff have opened our door and come into our apartment without proper notice three different times. Twice, leasing staff brought prospective renters into our unit by mistake instead of the one across the hall. The other time, a maintenance worker came to paint. I wasn't on the email thread, and they were only supposed to open the door six inches. He opened it wide and stood inside while my daughter was crying loudly as I tried to put her down for a nap. You could hear her from outside, but he still came in. A team member told me after that unannounced entry that every staff member uses the same master code for all apartments. I find that terrifying. Calling the entries “accidents” doesn't make them acceptable, and we're lucky we aren't pursuing legal action. I went in twice to raise my privacy concerns, but the manager wasn't available either time. As of 02/03/26, nobody has contacted me about them, despite the response claiming someone would. Enough with the lies. There are serious maintenance problems too. The shower is extremely loud, as if water is struggling through the pipes, and the pressure is low. For the first month, hot water came and went. Some nights it still stays ice cold. You can't flush while running water or showering because the water cuts off. We asked for the shower to be fixed a second time. The request was marked “completed,” but nothing changed. The dishwasher leaks even after we reported it and were told it had been fixed. The stove was badly scratched when we moved in, and the dishwasher had been stripped by someone trying to clean it with bleach. They work, technically, but none of this feels like “luxury” for the price. Doors won't shut because what looks like more than ten coats of paint has built up on them. On the 11th floor, wind makes metal bang loudly against the building. After hallway painting, a worker left a razor blade out. Thank God I saw it and picked it up before my toddler did. We also have rodents outside and roaches inside. The building can't even keep the calendar in the elevator up to date, so the claim that notice about apartment painting was posted is hard to believe. We moved in at the beginning of October, and the hallway renovations happened in November and December, when we found the razor. I attached move-in photos and evidence of how many times we asked for repairs, including the scratched stove top I've never seen anything like. The amount of noise, poor communication, repeated maintenance trouble and disregard for tenant privacy have made this a massive disappointment. I hope management gets the building under control. This doesn't feel safe or professional, and it isn't worth the price. We've had far more bad experiences than good ones. Don't be fooled by management's replies. Nothing gets fixed or resolved, it's all about saving face.

Nick made the process much easier. He was kind, responsive and helpful throughout, and I really appreciated working with him. The lounge fireplace doesn't work, which is disappointing when the building advertises those amenities. At this price, I'd expect shared features to be kept in working order. Parking is expensive too, and the process could be much more organized and convenient. I've had a harder time with management. Communication and professionalism could be better, since clear answers and timely replies have sometimes been difficult to get. The cost of living here also feels high compared with what's actually offered. There are some positives, but several things need work to meet expectations.

I'm counting down until my lease ends. The renovations have dragged on with noise for close to two years and haven't improved anything. Some things are worse: you now have to go outside to get to the gym, even in rain, snow or cold. The garage work has been a nightmare too. I pay $200 for parking, and with a quarter of the garage closed, finding a spot is impossible. The elevators are constantly out of service, which is especially frustrating when you're trying to get to the garage. The office gives no updates, doesn't answer emails and doesn't pick up the phone. Residents smoke and leave pet messes around. I could keep going. This apartment is a disaster, and Waterton is the worst property management company. I wouldn't recommend it to my worst enemy. Don't waste your time touring here. If I could give zero stars, I would.

The neighborhood makes daily life easy, with plenty of restaurants a short walk away and the train within walking distance for commuting or quick trips into the city. I've also really enjoyed the sense of community here. Our concierge team has been a highlight. Special thanks to Nicholas Caputo, who consistently goes out of his way to help residents with deliveries, questions or just a warm welcome. His attentiveness and professionalism make a real difference day to day. Living here with my family has been a wonderful experience.

The apartments themselves were a mess, even while management spent so much time renovating its offices and the common area. We had no hot water for at least two weeks after moving in. Toward the end, roaches became abundant in the apartment, and all they did was put down useless traps. Maintenance workers also knocked loudly and barged in several times while I was on important work calls. Road noise was constant. Getting the move-out amount sorted was its own headache. Management miscalculated it at least three times while we went back and forth trying to get the right estimates for buying out our lease. Things started out fine, then went downhill over the few months we lived there. Once they had our money, they were impossible to reach. The amenities were abysmal. It's hard to believe they spent so much on “renovations” when the result looks so cheap. Parking was another nightmare, with narrow spaces that made getting in and out difficult. I don't know how anyone with a bigger car managed. Then they brought in Bailey, a horrid AI assistant that pesters you about balances or sends you in circles. These companies get away with too much, and I'm glad recent reviews show how terrible these apartments are.
