The staff really made our stay at the Sonesta, especially Melvin, who served us breakfast with so much kindness and attention. She was an absolute delight. I also loved the hotel's decor and amenities. The community coloring spots and puzzles added a positive feel. I'd highly recommend the Sonesta!

We held a group event for around 300 people at Sonesta White Plains Downtown, and the hotel's organization and support made a complicated gathering feel seamless. The venue worked perfectly for an event of that size. Andrew and Nurul deserve special thanks. From the start of planning, they were attentive, responsive, and committed to making things run well. Whatever the request or time, they were available to help. Their professionalism and dedication stood out throughout. We're very grateful for the experience and would absolutely recommend Sonesta White Plains Downtown for a large, meaningful event.

I worked with Andrew and James from the Sonesta team for a company medical seminar, and they were wonderful. Andrew was my main contact and kept checking whether we needed anything, helped with setup, and answered all our questions while staying cheerful. I'd recommend reaching out to him for event help!

The room was clean, the bed comfortable, and even though the pillows were standard size, they were soft. Staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Restaurants, gathering spaces, and the train station to NY city are all within walking distance.

Parking was simple, and guests get a discounted rate, which was a nice bonus. The front desk service was quick and courteous, and my king bed was incredibly comfortable. Both the room and bathroom were spacious. I was here overnight for a family event and had a great stay. There's a pool, gym, and business center, though I didn't get to try them. It's pet friendly too. I'd definitely stay here again!
