Santa Barbara

We loved having two bathrooms and an in-room hot tub, and the room itself was roomy and comfortable. The resort also has several pools, a hot tub, and easy access to the beach and water sport rentals, so each day had something fun to do. We spent 3 nights and 4 days at Wyndham Santa Barbara in Fort Lauderdale. The property was peaceful, clean, and well maintained, with a family-friendly feel and a convenient spot near the beach. A nice place whether you want pool time, the beach, or water activities.

We arrived in Pompano Beach after a terrible stay at another hotel, feeling stressed and unsure what to expect. The team at Club Wyndham Santa Barbara turned things around by stepping in when we needed help. From the manager on shift onward, every person we met treated us with kindness, professionalism, and compassion. My husband and I are deeply grateful for the care and support we received. Thank you especially to Xavion, Caydon, the Manager on shift, lovely Amanda, and the front desk gentleman whose name we didn't get. We hope to find it and add it later. We were genuinely sad to leave. The hotel gave us a stay we'll remember, and we'd recommend it without hesitation. The walk to the beach was easy, and we liked being able to use the shared amenities at the Wyndham across the street. The room was spotless and comfortable, the grounds and pool area immaculate, and parking couldn't have been easier. Check-in was smooth, and the staff worked well together to keep everything running and looking good. Everyone seemed happy to be there, which made the atmosphere relaxing. Three people especially made us feel cared for. Deandra called thoughtfully before we arrived, greeted us by name each day, and was sweet and attentive throughout. Gerardson patiently answered our questions with a calm, gentle manner that put us at ease. Aaliyah always met us with a warm smile and wave. I don't usually ask hotel staff for their names, but these three left such a strong impression that we wanted to recognize them.

We had a one bedroom suite with everything we needed, and the staff gave us probably the best hotel service I've experienced. The beach is right across the street and easy to reach. For food or places to walk around, though, you need to go about a mile in either direction.
