The beds were comfortable, and apart from one bit of soap scum on the bathroom faucet, the place was mostly clean. We had a good stay, except for breakfast. After a late night we were looking forward to waffles, but they had run out of syrup just 90 minutes into breakfast on a Sunday morning. Besides that, it was good.

The room and lobby were clean, the staff were great, and the area was quiet with a good location. But the room felt small and the appliances were dated. The fitness center and restroom seemed neglected and weren't being cleaned.

I booked online less than an hour before I arrived, and my room was ready at check-in. The staff do a good job keeping things clean, and the room was comfortable. I was on the third floor, which was peaceful and quiet. Manager Joy was kind and let me check out a little later. I really enjoyed the stay and would recommend the hotel.

On a two-day work trip with plenty on my mind, it was a relief that the room was hassle-free. The staff were great, especially Champagne, who was attentive and helpful with what we needed. The rooms are spacious and have a fridge and microwave. Looking forward to coming back. Thanks, Champagne!

The building looked like a homeless shelter from outside. There were large holes in the porte cochere columns, with a sign telling people not to park underneath. The lot had no more than seven cars, and the woman at the front desk was rude. We had prepaid through Hotels.com, but after seeing the place we decided to leave and asked for a manager. She said he wasn't there. We contacted Hotels.com, and about three days later got an email saying the manager wouldn't refund us.
