Motel 6 Fort Worth, TX - White Settlement

The clerk said it was the last room, even though the parking lot was empty. What we got was horrific: roaches, a broken TV, and just one towel. He put us at the very back, where it looked like a tornado had gone through. For $70, really? I'm appalled. The clerk didn't seem to care that we needed a decent room or a working TV, and the service was awful. I'll write to corporate and send pictures. This place needs to be burned to the ground. It's especially bad that the other Motel 6 up the road has clean rooms and nice staff. Don't come here.

My father and I pay a weekly rate of $420 here, while Studio 6 is $280 a week. We checked in on Wednesday, but they keep making us check out a day early, so we're losing a day every time. I'm checking out Tuesday this time. They also put us in room 119, with no hot water in the middle of winter, bed bugs, and sheets that don't even seem clean. They won't honor the deal we made for seven nights at $420. I'm so pissed and wouldn't stay here again.

The woman was kind of rude, though she did give us a room for $75 because the AC wasn't working. She didn't mention the flies or roaches inside, and my kids were mad at me for booking it. After getting some sleep, I checked out when a man started banging on the door and yelling for us to open it. I took that as a sign to get out ASAP. Then I realized he'd gone to the wrong place, and he was still yelling and talking to a couple of guys. It's just not worth going to. If you want a dump, come see how long you last.

I'm disgusted by this location. The room was covered in graffiti, there was a prostitute's number inside the door, and the door wouldn't close properly because the lock was broken. The blanket had cigarette burns all over it, and I found blood on the sheets. The staff member took the key card and left when I checked out, so I couldn't even complain. I'd recommend shutting this place down immediately and permanently. You're better off sleeping under a bridge.
