There are grocery stores, fast food, and banking close by. The hotel is two stories with no elevator. I arrived on a Sunday in October for business, and it did the basics without fuss. Breakfast was limited, though you could find something, like waffles, cereal, or prepackaged biscuits. The bed was comfortable, and the cable lineup was honestly the best part, kind of old school with a mid tier package and not much unnecessary stuff like HSN. It's a no-frills place, not really a destination.

The second-floor exit door near room 200 is broken, and it slams automatically whenever someone goes in or out. It's truly aggravating when you're trying to sleep. If I come back, that's the first thing I'll ask about.

The front desk staff were kind and helpful, and the room was clean and neat. But the A/C was weak, so the room got uncomfortably hot. As soon as you walk through the front door, there's a moldy, old pool water smell. Not worth the money.

The only good thing was the hot shower. The hallway to the rooms and the rooms themselves smelled like dirt and mold as soon as I walked in. After 5hrs in the room, my lungs were burning and I had a head ache, so I had to leave. I slept in my work trailer instead, which was surprisingly cleaner than the hotel and mold free!

I was a little hesitant after reading the reviews, but was pleasantly surprised. Our room was clean and the location was quiet.
