The staff were excellent, and the hotel is beautiful with a great location, a nice timing bar, and a heated pool. Getting a room took a while, though. The first one had bugs, the air conditioner in the second was broken, and it took three room changes and about an hour and a half to finally get a clean, cool room without bugs.

The location made it easy to enjoy the area, with great beaches and attractions just minutes away and the airport only about five minutes off. The front office checked in by text during the stay, and everyone was really kind over messages. We had a fantastic five nights. Daily housekeeping made it feel like a treat to come back after busy days. The room was clean, the bed comfortable, and the shower had great water pressure. One night the TV shut off, and we worried they might think we’d broken it. Someone came to fix it, and they didn’t charge us any incidentals. Thanks for the great hospitality!

We were only here for two nights while heading north, and I wish we could’ve stayed longer because the area is so nice. Our room was at the back, away from the highway, and it was quiet and very clean with everything we needed. There’s a pool and a fab tiki bar, too. This was a really good place to stay, as good as a four-star hotel.

We stayed for a week with family and felt very safe, especially with all the cameras around. Even though the hotel is on a main road and only a couple of miles from the airport, the area was quiet. The room had been recently updated, was spotless and comfortable, and came with a mini fridge, Keurig, and microwave. Check-in started by text, so when we arrived we just confirmed a couple of things and got the key. A couple of things bothered us: there were no blackout curtains, so the light just outside brightened the room at night, and the metal platform beds made a lot of noise if you brushed against them. We’ll definitely stay again.
