Comfort Inn & Suites Wichita Northeast

I booked this place for my son's birthday because I'd had good experiences at Comfort Inns in other states. He loves swimming, but the pool was extremely cold. The indoor and outdoor pools are really one connected pool, so the outside water mixes with the inside and makes it freezing. The outside door doesn't close properly, with ice and frost all over it, which makes the swimming area even colder. The tiny hot tub was full of foamy dirt. The room was gross, especially the bathroom. The sink had no hot water, it smelled of stale cigarettes, and there were water stains on the ceiling and holes in the walls. Breakfast was OK, but the lobby was so cold that the food got cold before we could eat. You can see in the photos how cold the pool area is. Absolutely the worst Comfort Inn experience I've had. I'd give it zero stars if I could.

The hotel was quiet at night, and our room had a nice layout with comfortable furniture. Staff were very welcoming and attentive, and the location made nearby attractions easy to reach. We really enjoyed our stay.

The breakfast had lots of choices and was delicious, and the staff were welcoming and ready to help. My room was spacious, clean and nicely decorated. It exceeded my expectations, and I'll definitely come back.

I slept really well each night in the soft bed. The cleaning team kept everything spotless, and the hotel felt peaceful and comfortable. A nice spot to relax and get away from stress.
