Western Holiday Motel

For a quick shower and some rest, this place works perfectly. The customer service was good too.

Don’t stay here. The room was disgusting and outdated, with a smoked joint by the microwave, stained carpet, and white stuff on the bed. There was no phone, alarm clock, or TV remote. It cost $80 with tax. I handed the front desk guy $100 and didn’t get any change back. Police were there all night, and it looked like drug deals were going on. I strongly advise against staying at this motel. I would’ve rather slept in my car. I left within an hour and went to a Hilton, where I’ve never been let down. This was by far the worst place I’ve ever booked, and I’m 37.

Jimmy, the manager, has been really understanding about my girlfriend's and my situation over the last few months. If I'm late paying, he's willing to work with me. The rooms are overpriced, if I'm being totally honest, but he's been pretty cool about it.

My mom and I had a really nice three-night stay. The room and floor were clean, the beds comfortable, and the linens fresh. It was quiet, felt safe, and was close to everything along west kellogg. The heating worked great, there were no bugs, and the owners spoke English. We also liked having a full-size ice box. The towels were thin, and you'll need to bring your own coffee maker if you want coffee. Still, it was an awesome stay for the price.
