After we’d been out all day, we came back to unmade beds and used towels on the floor. I’ve never written a bad hotel review before, but this one deserves it. When I called the desk, they said the hotel was so full that housekeeping was only provided if requested, which no one had told us. We asked them to at least bring clean towels, but they said they couldn’t and that we’d have to come down to get them. The room smelled musty too, and breakfast was mediocre at best.

The quiet setting and convenient location made the visit easy and enjoyable. My room was beautifully designed, spotlessly clean, and had everything I needed to be comfortable. The staff were always ready to help, with a smile, and the service was truly outstanding.

The room stayed quiet even when things were busy, and the bed was super comfortable. The front desk team was friendly and efficient at check-in and check-out. I especially liked the gym and rooftop terrace, along with the range of amenities. It felt like a nice mix of luxury and practicality, and I’d happily book here again.

Everything felt well organized and thoughtfully run. The rooms were modern, well designed, and comfortable, and I especially appreciated the gym and breakfast options. Service was exceptional throughout my visit. A fantastic choice if you’re looking for comfort and reliability.

We woke up to ants in the room, in the bathroom and in an empty cup that had held pop. Breakfast was terrible. Parking wasn’t great, and the outside doors didn’t work, so we had to use the main entrance every time. The hotel ran out of towels around 8 p.m. and said there wouldn’t be clean ones until the next shift. When I asked the next morning, the woman at the desk wasn’t sure they even had four clean towels.
