We’ve lived at Quarters at Cambridge for six years, and the staff have always been professional and welcoming. They put on community events like summer BBQs and Christmas parties, which help people feel connected. Maintenance is fast and attentive, and requests are often handled the same day. It’s a well-managed, caring place to live in Wichita for individuals, couples, or families.

We’re settled into our new home now and glad we found it. After thinking about downsizing for years, no community felt right until Quarters at Cambridge. The residents’ friendly waves as they walked their dogs, the inviting office and staff, and the lovely landscaping made us feel right away that this was the place for us.

The office staff and maintenance crew are friendly and efficient, always seeming to make a point of smiling, waving, and saying hello. We also enjoy the variety of people who live here, many of whom decorate their townhouses or apartments with flowers, bird feeders, and other things that show they take pride in the place. The Quarters has earned its great reputation, and we feel lucky to live here.

I’ve lived in an apartment at Quarters at Cambridge for a year and just renewed for another two years. It’s quiet and friendly, the grounds are beautifully maintained, and repairs get handled so quickly. The office staff are the best.
