The room was clean and really comfortable, and the staff were incredibly kind and welcoming. The TV, though, was quite small, so watching a football game wasn’t much fun. I was surprised by that given what I expect from Hilton properties, and hope they improve it.

Destini was pleasant and professional. The heat in my room, 406, wasn’t working, so I layered up since I was only there for one night. Breakfast was excellent and so impressive that I tipped them double!!

The mattress had a stain. I told the desk clerk I didn’t want to switch rooms, and she refunded me and brought a second set of sheets and mattress covers. The overnight front desk man wasn’t polite. He left me waiting at the desk for 10 minutes before acknowledging me.

I had to change rooms to get one that was clean, since nobody seems to clean around here. The internet didn’t work, and all the fitness room equipment was broken. If this hadn’t been the only hotel in town, I would’ve checked out and left. I don’t recommend it, and I’ll never stay here again.

It’s quiet, and the staff are helpful. They kept checking that we had enough towels. There’s an outdoor pool, but you have to ask at the desk for pool towels. Breakfast had good choices. The hotel isn’t on the ocean, but it suits our needs.
