You can use a lot of amenities at different locations, which would be great for a stay of a few days. The hotel and rooms were very clean, the staff were friendly, and the location was perfect. Booking online was easy, and the price was great compared with other places. There isn't breakfast, but they do have coffee and a snack. I'd definitely stay again.

We had a great view of the bridge from our third-floor balcony, which saved this review. It's a nice hotel in a good location, and the rooms are pleasant, but the tiny shampoo and conditioner bottles weren't enough for two people. Losing breakfast costs it a whole point.

We come to Mackinaw City twice a year and stay at this hotel every time. The view of the bridge is great, the room is always clean, and the bed is very comfortable. Service is wonderful, and the front desk people are friendly. Sash, the house keeper, always takes good care of our room. I'd recommend this hotel to anyone.

After staying on Mackinac Island, we booked this hotel for one night and paid an extra $20 through booking.com for a late checkout at 1:00 p.m. At 11:00 p.m., housekeeping knocked. My wife explained that we'd paid for late checkout, but they said they don't offer it and that we had to leave immediately or pay for another day. We checked our email and found confirmation that we'd paid, although the extra charge wasn't on the hotel bill. Whatever happened wasn't our fault, but they were extremely rude about getting us out. We believed we had until one and had paid for it, yet were forced to leave by noon. My wife and I both have disabling medical conditions, which is why we always try to arrange late checkout. If you're staying at a super 8, stay at the one on St. Ignace. They're so much better.
