On a road trip from Albuquerque NM to San Diego CA, I stopped for one night with my terrier dog. My friend Steve suggested the motel. I arrived without a reservation, and room 25 let me park conveniently and safely right outside the door, just how I like it. It was cold when I got there, but the wall heater warmed the room quickly. The bed was clean and comfy, and I had a quiet, cozy stay and a good sleep. It's a well-priced, basic motel with a reasonable pet fee. Everything I needed was there: cleanliness, hot water and toiletries. The vinyl floor was great for a pet room, and my socks stayed clean. They also have a little "cafe" with vending snacks and self-service ice. An extra pillow and a hairdryer would be nice. I wouldn't hesitate to stay again. I later realized I hadn't checked the drawers for a hairdryer, so good to know for next time. Thank you!

The location is great, but the lower prices than other places in Williams make sense. Our room was cold, with big gaps around the entry door letting air pour in. The towels and floor were dirty, and finding an earring back on the nightstand from previous tenants made me think cleaning wasn't a priority. The bathroom was very small, and we could hear everything nearby guests were doing. We left a day early because of this place.

I was glad they had a room for us, and the little town is nice. The room and bathroom were decent in size and clean, but there wasn't enough space for bags or a suitcase, or even a hanger for clothes. The pillows were flat, though there were plenty of them, and the bed was comfortable enough, I guess. It was 32 outside and they hadn't turned the heater on before check-in, so the room and bathroom were cold. The heater ran the whole time, but kept switching between hot and cold. The room eventually warmed up and was okay, but the bathroom never got warm. Still worth another stay.

Walking around was easy from this centrally located motel. Our room at Arizona 9 Motor Hotel was updated, comfy, quiet, and clean, and the staff were friendly and helpful. We'd stay again if we find ourselves back in Williams.

Loved the cozy room with its bed and couch, and the people were great. Rigo was a superhero and got my puppy back after it ran off. Highly recommend.
