Trapper's Rendezvous

We’re still here for a few more days, but already this place has made our vacation feel exactly like it should: peaceful, relaxing, private, beautiful, and well cared for. The cabins and central pavilion looked gorgeous at night, with lovely outdoor lighting, and getting into ours and unloading was easy. Our booking was refreshingly simple, and the employees were friendly and eager to help. We arrived around 10 p.m. or a little later and had a last-minute family member join us, so I called to ask whether they had a cot or something similar. Someone answered, stayed on the phone, and made sure we had everything we needed and more. Nobody made us feel like we were bothering them. The next day was Thanksgiving. They texted happy holiday wishes, told us to call the front office if we needed anything, and let us know they’d stocked the firewood and filled the grill’s propane so we’d be ready to enjoy the holiday. I value that kind of sincere care and effort to make guests happy. It’s rare these days.

We only stayed one night, but the room was quiet, comfortable, nicely decorated, and well maintained. I loved the outdoor setting and would stay here again if I’m in Williams.

After a long drive, Trappers Rendezvous was a clean, comfortable place to stop on my way to the GC. I arrived late, and they brought me a breakfast basket, which was a nice start to the next day. Check-in was smooth and easy, and the peaceful, convenient location worked perfectly before I continued my trip. I’ll keep it in mind for next time.

Becky was such a wonderful host, and I’m really grateful we got to stay in the Wild West Cabin. She provides snacks, drinks, and a water refill station for when you’re heading out on adventures. We’ll definitely be back.
