Best Western Plus Inn Of Williams

The pine trees around the property make it scenic, but from my experience the outside is more interesting than the inside. The elevator is at the far end of the hotel, and there's only one. There was no microwave in the room, and the breakfast was awful. The restaurant smelled of mildew. I think water damage may have caused the odor, and it doesn't open until 4 p.m. The food pantry had nothing to eat other than chips. I guess this place will have to do if you need somewhere to stay for recovery time.

The grounds are nestled among tall pines, and the view from my room was really nice. It has almost a resort feel, with an outdoor hot tub and evening firepit with seating. My large king room was clean, and the pet room had no odors or too much air freshener smell. Breakfast had lots of choices and plenty of seating. The TV channels were a bit wonky, and the fridge ran a little warm. The outdoor pool was closed for the season. Even so, I was very impressed and would stay again. By far the best hotel in Williams.

Everything was clean and well maintained, and the service was excellent. The stay felt welcoming, and I was comfortable the whole time. I was on vacation with my children and never felt alarmed. I love this place and will definitely be back!

The staff really made the stay for me. Everyone was friendly and accommodating, especially the breakfast team, who kept things clean and stocked. Housekeeping did a great job without being disruptive, and the hotel was quiet and peaceful, which made it very relaxing. Breakfast was better than I first thought, with a good range of choices and staff keeping everything in order. The pancake machine was fast and efficient, but the pancakes didn't taste very good, so maybe quality got traded for speed. Still, breakfast was a pleasant surprise and better than most hotel breakfasts. The room was clean, comfortable, and generously sized, with plenty of hot water and AC that worked well. It had only a small dorm-size fridge and no microwave, though there was a shared one in the lobby. The lobby also has a 24/7 coffee station with free coffee, lattes, espresso, hot chocolate, and tea. The beautifully decorated tree and cozy fireplace made sitting by the fire on a chilly morning a highlight. Look for the Kachinas around the hotel, in sizes from quite large to smaller ones in display cases. The grounds are well maintained and there's plenty of parking. Amenities include a 24-hour gym, hot tub, seasonal pool, laundry facilities, gift shop, ice machines, and snack vending machines. The pool was closed during our visit. The TV had standard cable and premium choices like Showtime and The Movie Channel. There is only one elevator at one end of the long building, so rooms on the other side mean a bit of a walk, especially with luggage or kids. The bellhop cart helped. It's near I-40, a few blocks from downtown Williams, AZ, and within an hour of the Grand Canyon. Room rates are very reasonable compared with nearby options. I would definitely recommend it.
