The suite was huge, with a large kitchen that had a two-burner stove, full-size fridge, pots, pans, dishes, utensils, and even a toaster. The open layout included a dining area, desk, full-size couch with a hide-a-bed, two roomy chairs, and a very large TV. The bedroom had a king-size bed, another big TV, and a nice closet. The bathroom was enormous, with a spacious shower and great water flow. The only downside was the extra-firm bed, so we bought a couple of soft blankets to make it more comfortable. The fourth floor felt like it was just us and the attic, with no one else around. This clean, nice hotel is conveniently placed for getting around Williamsburg. We had booked what we thought was Nov. 24-26, but after driving from NC, we discovered it was actually booked for Feb 2026. Naresh was incredibly patient and helpful, moved the reservation to the right dates, and got us the kitchenette suite we wanted. There would have been a small extra charge, which we were happy to pay, but he waived it. Thanks again to Naresh and the team!

The hotel was in a great location and super clean. Monica handled breakfast the morning we visited and did a beautiful job. The food was fresh, the hot items were hot, the cold things stayed cold, and she kept everything stocked after a large group came through. She was really sweet and kind. I brought her a homemade candy from my candy business as a thank-you, and she was very appreciative.

We had a great time and would come back in a heartbeat. The staff were incredibly friendly, our room was clean, breakfast was fresh, and the location was perfect. We booked a two-bedroom family suite, and it was huge, far beyond what we expected. The manager even gave my daughter a birthday gift. Five stars!

This was our second year vacationing at this lovely hotel. The manager was patient and wonderful when I called several times before we arrived to ask about handicapped availability. Breakfast was good, the staff were friendly and helpful, and our room was clean with comfortable beds. Looking forward to next year.

The rooms were exceptionally clean and well cared for, and the staff were great. I thanked Grace, the housekeeping manager, though I wish I could remember the housekeeper's name too. I stayed three nights and will definitely be back. The bed was worn and due to be replaced, and breakfast was just so-so. Still, this was much better than my usual Holiday Inn express stays.
